• Contact List: names and numbers for those you would like to be kept updated

• Copies of​ birth plan​ with treats attached for the staff

• Copy of Insurance card

• List of allergies

• Cotton laboring gown x2 (Before & After delivery)

• Warm socks

• Slide on slippers

• Oversized hoodie

• Comfortable outfit to leave birthing center (Chose leggings and a sweatshirt)

• Hair ties

• Body wash/soap

• Toothbrush, toothpaste and floss

• Deodorant

• Lip balm

• Lotion

• Shampoo and Conditioner

• Hair Brush

• Nursing bra

• Nursing pads

• Peri bottles

• Stroller fan

• Tennis balls

• Rice bag, or heat pad

• Meals and snacks … (Door Dash- input address prior to going to birth center! J ADD Room number after.)

• Pillow- from home (1-2)

• Blanket

• Newborn clothing - bring multiple sizes! (Birth center will have the diapers needed- for both mom and baby.)

• Car seat - Fully installed

• Cell phones

• Laptop/iPad

• Book

• Chargers

• Water bottle with straw

Before leaving the house:

• Turn on security system/cameras

• Fill the dogs Food/Water/Bathroom - Contact dog sitter

• Lock/Shut doors
